What is your refund policy?
We’re confident you’ll enjoy our products, but if they don’t meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the delivery date to open and try it. If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund.
Just send an email to hello@gravitygoats.com with "REFUND REQUEST" in the subject line, and we’ll guide you through the process.
PLEASE NOTE: This guarantee is only valid for first-time purchases of each specific product and is limited to one of each item per customer.
My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please inform us about the damage, and we'll send you a replacement.
How can I track my order?
