3. Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility

  • Once our shipping partner marks your package as “Delivered,” consider it officially in your hands.
  • At that point, any issues with the package - like misdelivery or loss - are handled directly with the carrier, not us. 
  • If you experience any hiccups after delivery confirmation, please reach out to the carrier first, and we're here to help guide you through the process.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We’re committed to ensuring you receive your order in tip-top shape.
  • However, if the tracking shows “Delivered” and something goes awry, please contact your carrier immediately for further investigation.
  • We’ll be happy to offer advice or support where we can, but please note that our liability ends once the package is marked as delivered.
